About Me

My photo
Secunderabad, Andhrapradesh, India
Proud to be an Indian by all means. Right now I am into the profession of software engineering (working for Honeywell - Hyderabad). I am passionate about Aircrafts and the amazing technology involved... Its my dream to fly a fighter plane... Unlike most of my friends, I rarely watch movies...but I hardly stop watching Television (one of my favourite pass time is watching IPL). Big Fan of Deccan Chargers... As most of the Indians do, I too admire the Indian Demi GOD Mr.Sachin Tendulkar - not only as a famous cricketing personality but also as a person who knows how to manage & deal with Success & Failures in life...

Flavors of Redmond...

'Misty'reous view of Mt.Si, North Bend downtown, Washington (Place where we can find most of the factory outlets)...

Can you see, how eager the clouds were to cover up Mt.Si as if to protect it from the chilling cold?

I could see only cars and cars and cars every where near by to the shopping malls...Many a times I felt, there are more cars than the people...

This was my journey towards Seattle down town and that's where I came accross this beautiful lake (Lake Washington - its really a huge lake) and the nice thing to hear was the bridge that connects Redmond and Seattle (built over this lake) is a floating bridge and it raises with the water levels...

Like every other big city in the world, Seattle too has got some scary sky skreepers and the two below ones were trying to dominate each other to reach for more and more heights...

Here I am, in the "Pacific Science Center", a place where we could learn about the Physics behind the things which make them work...the way they work...It was more than science that i started enjoying, where in I could see lots and lots of kids and juveniles who came here to explore and teach their parents about the science that they discovered over there and it was fun being surrounded by kids all over the place...

Another picture from the Pacific Science Center...

Its always nice to carry the aura of earth behind each of us...

Here you go - Pankaj-The savior..."Fortunately" who is my room mate as well...thought that he had enough in the breakfast, that he started lifting the Earth...By the by where was he standing when he was doing this? This was the million $ question...

Waiting for a sting on the head...

This exhibit of Earth was so nice that I couldn't resist myself taking one more snap of it before we called it a day at the beautiful "Pacific Science Center", Seattle - Washington...

Another portrait of her - in the dazzling blue saree...

Madhu - With her cute lil cousin...

Madhu - With her menamama & menatta...

Looks like she slowly started thinking of me & my arrival @ their home (guessing by her posture)!!!

Enter the Dragon - I get strange feeling when I look at this snap!!! I feel lost - I feel like I neither belong to the Bachelor's (which was my kinship till then) nor to the clan of Kutumba Rao's (earlier I used to feel pitty - but now I started envying them)...

Me and Madhu's Grandpaa...

May be I was bit formal than required...

Bellampalli - Prashanth's marriage

The 3 musketeers:

This time our destination was towards Bellampalli - a moderate town in the district of Adilabad, AP. It was a 7 hour journey from Secunderabad...Surya - "The Freedom Fighter-Beginner" & Satya - "The Freedom Fighter-Expert" accompanied my journey. The journey begun with a positive note...we were amazed to see a HiTech bus waiting for us in JBS instead of the Luxary bus (as usual all good things happen at some cost - we had to pay for this unexpected upgrade)!!! Our jouney started towards Bellampalli @ 12:00 noon...and it was 7:00 in the evening by the time we reached this beautiful village...We got into a share auto (to our surprise the auto rates were amazingly less - 5 KM - Rs 12/- for all of the 200 Kg mere dead weight: me 70 + Surya 75 (caliberated value only) + Satya ~50Kg...

At last, we could see the groom...getting ready for the final assault against the bachelorship (striding innocently towards freedom-fighters/Kutumba Rao's club)...Surya & Satya were egerly waiting to welcome another victim into their brigade. Breaking the pathos, we marched towards the function hall, but not before Surya applied a layer of Ponds Talcum powder (I could see an aura of ponds powder for the first time in my life) on the already glowing face to impress & attract the photographers...By the time we arrived at the function hall, Hero & Heroine were getting ready to occupy the stage...there was an amazing orchestra arranged to the delight of the guests...as the couple moved on to the stage, we were waiting for our chance to wish them...Finally the moment of the day arrived, we got chance to congratulate the couple and we got the privilege to have a snap with them...Moment of the Day...

Now there is no stopping for us (as Surya used to mention - "His mouth already prepared to eat") ...we were eager to get on to the mission unavoidable (dine to the brim - compensating for breakfast -> Lunch -> Dinner and what not) ...Each of us made our own strategy to reach the delicacies in optimal paths...breaking through the crowds...our strategy seemd to work - which got reflected in our plates...already overflowing...hmmm sigh of relief - Mission accomplished...On the way back we waved our hands to Prashanth mentioning that we now are planning to call it a day at Bellampalli...and started our journey towards Railway station (one of the cleanest stations that I have ever seen till now)...After we waited for an hour (at about 11:30PM), Dakshin Express came and we got in and by the time it was don, we were in our houses @ Hyderabad...

I enjoyed this trip very much and to my delight, I could see river Godavari (near a place called Godavarikhani) which was in the state of gathering its forces soon after its palce of origin.
